ANN ARBOR -- Jim McElwain is on board with the Michigan football team.
But right now, it's just for one season.
McElwain signed a memorandum of understanding with the school on Feb. 14 that will pay the former Florida head coach a salary of $300,000 to serve as wide receivers coach.
MLive obtained details of the agreement from the university on Monday, via a Freedom of Information Act request. He officially began work on Feb. 19.
Like his short-term predecessor Dan Enos, McElwain has a clause in his agreement that would change his salary should his job title change.
