Jim Harbaugh was one of the earliest proponents of a universal one-time transfer waiver.
And the Michigan footballcoach has not changed his stance.
In a wide-ranging interview with WTKA 1050 on Friday morning, Harbaugh reiterated his support for a one-time exemption that would allow players to transfer and be eligible immediately.
The NCAA is expected to vote in the near future on such a proposal.
