The Michigan Wolverines beat the Nebraska Cornhuskers on Saturday 56-10, but they never took their foot off the gas. Even with a sizable lead, Michigan continued to be a balanced offense by continuing to pass the football.
On the day, quarterback Shea Patterson went 15-of-22 for 120 yards and 1 touchdown.
Then Dylan McCaffrey came in and fared well, completing 3-of-8 passes for 86 yards and 1 touchdown. It is worth noting that a couple great throws were dropped by receiver while McCaffrey was in. Even more notable is McCaffrey rushed for a 70+ yard touchdown, but the play was called back because of a holding penalty on receiver Oliver Martin.
