TAMPA, Fla. -- Jim Harbaugh is back to using metaphors to describe his name being linked to NFL openings.
Last year, he referred to opposing college coaches using it as ammo as "jive turkeys."
On Thursday, during a news conference for Michigan's Outback Bowl game against South Carolina on Monday (noon, ESPN2), he turned to breakfast food.
"I'll just move on to the next question," Harbaugh said, when asked about the latest slew of Harbaugh-fueled NFL talk.
"That's like warmed up oatmeal."
The latest example of Harbaugh-to-NFL chatter came over the weekend, when ESPN's Mike Wells listed Harbaugh as a potential candidate to replace Indianapolis Colts coach Chuck Pagano.
