With D.J. Durkin on administrative leave at Maryland and facing an investigation into the death of former player Jordan McNair, others are beginning to speak out about the Terrapins' head coach.
Jabrill Peppers is one of them.
The former Michigan standout appeared Tuesday on the Rich Eisen Show and called Durkin's tactics under Jim Harbaugh "extreme at times."
"It's just the way he goes about getting the most out of his players," Peppers said. "Me being from where I'm from, I didn't like it but at the end of the day I knew what the overall goal was.
