Ann Arbor − For years, Michigan players who played at Iowa’s Kinnick Stadium have described it as one of the toughest places to play in the Big Ten.
Iowa has won the last four meetings against the Wolverines at home – 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2016 when Michigan was No. 2 and lost 14-13 on a game-winning field goal by Iowa true freshman Keith Duncan as time expired.
The No. 4 Wolverines have built a 4-0 record this season without leaving the comfy confines of Michigan Stadium. That changes this week when they play their first conference road game Saturday at Iowa, the team Michigan walloped in the Big Ten championship game last December in Indianapolis.
