ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- University of Michigan men's basketball senior Zak Irvin has been selected for the annual Portsmouth Invitational Tournament, set for Wednesday through Saturday (April 12-15), which annually features some of the top seniors in the country.
The Portsmouth Invitational, a four-day, 12-game tournament, draws 64 of the best seniors in the country to play in front of representatives from every NBA team and international scouts. The tournament begins on Wednesday, although Irvin, who is on K&D Rounds Landscaping, will not play until Thursday (April 13) at 9 p.m. Each team is guaranteed to play at least three games.
