EVANSTON, Ill. -- Jim Harbaugh and his players did their best Saturday night to put a positive spin on an otherwise unimpressive win.
The Michigan head coach complimented his players' wherewithal to dig deep and rebound from a 17-point first half deficit. He praised his coaching staff for making the appropriate halftime adjustments to complete a 20-point comeback.
But his players perhaps shined more light on what went wrong in Michigan's 20-17 win over an unranked, reeling Northwestern team. And the problems weren't anything new.
