If you are unaware of what has been going on in college sports for the last six months, let me catch you up.

On October 7th, 2024, the proposed House v. NCAA settlement, which includes a landmark $2.78 billion settlement of three separate antitrust cases facing the NCAA and power conferences, received preliminary approval from Judge Claudia Wilken in the Northern District of California, clearing the way for schools to begin paying players directly through revenue sharing in 2025.
