With just under nine minutes left in Michigan football's game at Penn State, Shea Patterson dove for the end-zone.

Faced with a fourth-and-goal from the 1 and trailing by 14, the Wolverines had called a quarterback sneak. If they didn't convert, all hopes of a comeback would end, right there.

The ball was snapped.
