Michigan Stadium stood silent late in the game against Indiana Saturday evening after senior running back Berkley Edwards took a vicious hit, resulting in the ejection of Hoosiers’ linebacker Cam Jones, and an extended delay as Edwards was immobilized and carted off the field. There was good news though in Jim Harbaugh’s post-game press conference as he discussed the situation.
“Everything looked good when he left the stadium,” Harbaugh noted. “He did have a concussion. He had a pretty good sized concussion. It looked good when he left here, but he was taken to the hospital for precautions.
