A new development in the Bo Schembechler and Robert Anderson storyline emerged this week when Matt Schembechler said he was abused by the late former University of Michigan doctor. He also said that his father was violent with him and his mother when he was informed of the abuse.
Now, Schembechler’s brother is on the record with his side of the story.
Glenn “Shemy” Schembechler, who is Bo’s biological son with his first wife Millie, revealed to ESPN on Thursday that he does not believe his brother’s story. He described his father as “as loving of a person as you could imagine” and that his father would have put a stop to the abuse of his players had he known about it.
