In the last few seasons, we have seen offensive linemen at Michigan have to wait their turn to see significant playing time. The time has come for Giovanni El-Hadi to take the next step and be a prolific starter on a Michigan Wolverines’ offensive line that has consistently been one of the best in college football for about a decade.
The story so far
El-Hadi was a top-100 recruit in the 2021 class and attended Stevenson High School in Sterling Heights. At 6-foot-5, El-Hadi played tackle in high school and held several D-I offers before deciding to stay home and play for the Wolverines.
