With each passing season, David DeJulius has grown into a more prominent talent at the statewide level. This season, there is no question that DeJulius has risen among the best in the state and his nomination as a Hal Schram Mr. Basketball finalist is proof of that.
After spending his first two seasons at Detroit Edison Public School Academy, DeJulius has earned his reputation as a Mr. Basketball finalist these last two seasons at Detroit East English Village.
Committed to Michigan, he is a high-scoring talent that often gets teammates involved in the action. DeJulius joins a strong list of finalists that also includes Marcus Bingham of Grand Rapids Catholic Central, Brandon Johns of East Lansing, Foster Loyer of Clarkston and Trevion Williams of Detroit Henry Ford Academy for Creative Studies.
