Each Friday, MGoBlue.com will profile one of six freshmen leading up to the Michigan ice hockey exhibition opener on Oct. 4 against the University of Toronto at Yost Ice Arena. Today's (Friday, Sept. 25) final installment features forward Brendan Warren. A native of Carleton, Michigan, Warren was selected in the third round (81st overall) of the 2015 NHL Draft by the Arizona Coyotes.
A teammate of Nicholas Boka with the United States National Team Development Program Under-18 Team in Ann Arbor, Warren is a two-way forward who looks to make an immediate impact with the Wolverines.
