Four-star defensive lineman Tyler Friday, from Don Bosco Prep in New Jersey, made an official verbal commitment to Ohio State on Friday afternoon.
Friday had been one of Michigan's top defensive line targets for the class of 2018 for more than two years, as the Wolverines — spearheaded by defensive assistant Chris Partridge — were the second team to offer him a scholarship back in September of 2015.
