Coming into the 2015 season, many fans thought they knew exactly what they were getting from redshirt junior receiver Jehu Chesson. He was a great athlete, but not a great football player. He was someone that had shown immense potential in two years of play, but not someone who had put the pieces together. That’s not how he’s looked at anymore.
It didn’t take long to see Chesson had made strides this year, but what happened over the final five games took everyone off guard. Tacked on to his earlier accomplishments, he was so productive down the stretch that he ended up earning first-team All-Big Ten status from the conference coaches.
