Former Michigan All-American cornerback Jourdan Lewis is facing a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence, according to 15th District Court online records on Wednesday.
Ann Arbor police Detective Lt. Matthew Lige was not available late Wednesday afternoon to speak to The News about the charge.
According to an MLive report, Lewis is accused of assaulting his 20-year-old girlfriend, and police were called to the early morning incident Tuesday, Lige said. There is a misdemeanor assault charge against Lewis.
An arraignment has not yet been scheduled.
