Ex-Ohio State coach Zach Smith also had drunk driving arrest in 2013

Another black eye for the Buckeyes.

According to the Toledo Blade, fired Ohio State assistant Zach Smith also was arrested in 2013, for drunk driving. He was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a charge that was later reduced.

This arrest had previously gone unreported and does not appear in Smith's personnel file with the school, according to The Blade.

Smith was fired last month after domestic abuse allegations surfaced involving his ex-wife, in 2009 and 2015, were made public in a report by Brett McMurphy.

Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer was placed on administrative leave on Aug.
