Another departed Michigan football player has found a home elsewhere.
Eddie McDoom, who left the the program earlier this month, is enrolled at South Florida and been added to the football team's roster, a USF spokesman confirmed to MLive on Monday.
The Wolverine Lounge, citing an anonymous source, first reported McDoom's landing spot on Sunday.
Because McDoom left one Football Bowl Subdivision program for another, NCAA rules require him to sit out a year in academic residency. He will still be able to practice and take part in team activities, and have two years of eligibility after.
