ALLEN PARK -- Ron Prince wasn't out of work for long. And he might not even have to move.
The former Detroit Lions offensive line coach has been hired by the University of Michigan, according to 24/7 Sports. He'll be an offensive analyst for the Wolverines.
Prince is a longtime college coach that Jim Caldwell hired to be his assistant head coach in Detroit in 2014. He also worked with the tight ends, but slid over to the offensive line when Jeremiah Washburn was fired in the middle of the 2015 season. The results were unspectacular.
Detroit's offensive line was among the worst in the NFL the last two years.
