College football’s 2019 bowl season — or #bowlszn if you need a hashtag to make it feel real — kicked off with a pair of bowls Friday. (Those were in Frisco, Texas, and Nassau, Bahamas, in case you weren’t watching.) All in all, there are 39 bowls in a span of 17 days (plus the CFP title game in mid-January), featuring 78 of the 130 FBS-level teams.
