As the son of a former Wolverine and living in southeast Michigan, 2017 tight Carter Dunaway of Bloomfield Hills Brother Rice grew up on the Maize and Blue. Now he’ll get the chance to wear those colors not just as a fan, but as a player himself.
Offered immediately after the conclusion of the Spring Game on April 4, the legacy prospect took a couple weeks to make sure he wasn’t rushing into anything, but ultimately knew his future was in Ann Arbor.
“I was really shocked. I wasn’t expecting anything out of that [visit],” Dunaway recalled of being offered.
