Brandon Wade has a locker in Crisler Center with his name etched at the top.
He’ll wear the No. 4 jersey.
The walk-on transfer guard from Duquesne partook in his first practice Friday with the Michigan basketball team. It was a moment he had been waiting for since childhood.
“It was amazing, surreal,” Wade said. “I’m just happy to be on the floor.”
Stepping onto the Michigan court wasn’t anything new for Wade, who has been attending games and practices since he was young.
