Jim Harbaugh was at a satellite camp in early June when he first heard the news.
One of his Michigan football players, quarterback Shea Patterson, had been selected by the Texas Rangers in the 39th round of the Major League Baseball draft.
That's when Harbaugh shot Patterson a text: "Congratulations, that's really cool," Harbaugh said he wrote.
