It’s unclear how significant a role Donovan Jeter would have played this year given Michigan’s depth up front, but it’s now known that the true freshman will redshirt as a result of an injury suffered in practice. Head coach Jim Harbaugh revealed the news at his Monday press conference, but did not provide specifics on the type of injury.
