When a team wins the quarterback often receives too much of the praise, and when a team loses like Michigan did on Saturday by a score of 31-12 to Texas, the quarterback receives a brunt of the blame. With this in mind, Michigan quarterback Davis Warren took things on the chin held himself accountable, and didn’t point fingers at others.
Warren was 22-of-33 for 204 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions and the Michigan offense was just 3-of-12 on third down.
“It falls on me as a quarterback on those third downs to keep us moving and I need to be better at that,” Warren said.
