Class of 2024 recruits are a long way from making their college decisions, but that didn’t stop Michigan coach Juwan Howard from extending a scholarship offer on Friday. The Wolverines’ headman offered guard Christian Anderson Jr., a 5-foot-7, 115-pound guard out of the Lovett School in Atlanta.
Anderson, who just finished his freshman year of high school, comes from an athletic background. According to Sports Talk 2319, his uncle was an Olympic table tennis player and his father played professional basketball in Europe. Most notably, Anderson’s freshman year highlights showcase a promising jump shot. He reportedly scored 43 points in a single game at an Under Armour Association live period event last week.
