Former Michigan football legend Charles Woodson partnered with his alma mater for a discussion about coronavirus Wednesday afternoon.

Woodson, who won the Heisman Trophy and the national championship in 1997, hosted a sit-down with Michigan Medicine Chief Medical Officer Jeff Desmond, live-streaming the talk on Instagram.

Desmond, who identified himself as an emergency physician, has spent the "last three or four weeks" coordinating and leading Michigan Medicine's command center as it responds to the coronavirus pandemic and outbreak within Michigan.
