A year ago, Michigan had one of the nation’s best kick return units, finishing third in the country at 28.4 yards per return.
So there’s not much reason to change the setup given the Wolverines averaged their best total in program history.
Jehu Chesson had a 96-yard game-opening return against Northwestern in 2015.
But Chesson is injured this spring, so Jourdan Lewis, Jabrill Peppers, Dymonte Thomas and freshman Kareem Walker are all rotating as a kick returner.
