Carter Dunaway reopens his recruitment

Some decommitments are looked at as surprises and some not so much. But when an in-state legacy recruit reopens his recruitment heading into his senior year, it’s an eye-opening event. The son of former Michigan tight end Craig, and brother of current walk-on linebacker Jack, Carter initially committed to Jim Harbaugh in April of 2015. But it was a conversation with the head coach that ultimately led to the two parting ways.
