Michael Zordich doesn’t have time to mess around. And he really doesn’t care who knows it.
Michigan’s cornerbacks coach has been a key cog in what has been the country’s best and most consistent pass defense over the past two years. Big plays almost never happened. Leaks almost never happened. Zordich’s corners helped Michigan hold opposing quarterbacks to a 45.6% completion rate over the past 26 games.
But Jourdan Lewis, Channing Stribling and every other starter from those units are gone.
