ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- University of Michigan J. Ira and Nicki Harris Family Head Football Coach Jim Harbaugh announced Thursday (Aug. 27) that senior linebacker Joe Bolden and fifth-year senior fullback Joe Kerridge have been voted captains for the 136th team in school history. Kerridge will represent the offense and Bolden will represent the defense.
The team’s top tackler from 2014, Bolden heads into his fourth season needing 13 stops to reach 200 in his career. The Cincinnati, Ohio, native has posted 187 tackles, 12 TFLs and five sacks in 38 games of action.
