Boilermakers pose big problems for U-M’s offense

With a few days to prepare for Thursday’s game at No. 20 Purdue, Michigan has tried to simulate the Boilermakers in practice.

That’s not the easiest situation.

Purdue is the nation’s top defensive team, allowing opponents to shoot just 34.8% because of a unique inside-outside presence.

The inside may be the most difficult to mimic, with two game-controlling centers in 7-foot-2, 285-pound starter Isaac Haas and his replacement, 7-foot, 250-pounder A.
