Well, it’s that time of season when comparison results come into play, which means Ohio State returns to the top of the rankings based on how it performed vs. Iowa, compared to how last week’s No. 1, Michigan, performed against the Hawkeyes.
The Buckeyes’ offense was not its normal high-powered self against Iowa, yet still scored 47 of OSU’s 54 points. The Wolverines managed 27 against the Hawkeyes. Penn State, meanwhile, overtook Illinois at No. 3.
