The college football season is still more than four months away but that hasn't stopped the betting public from laying it down on Michigan.
Coming off a 10-3 season and with U-M having the fifth-best odds to win the national title at 10-to-1, fans are expecting a big season from the Wolverines.
According the total posted at the William Hill sports book in Nevada, 14% of all tickets wagered on a team to win the national championship were put on the Wolverines.
That's by far the most of any team, well beyond Ohio State, which has drawn 7% of the action, albeit now at 6-to-1 odds.
