When Aubrey Dawkins decided last week to transfer to play for his father Johnny at Central Florida, it opened a scholarship for the Wolverines.
Michigan coach John Beilein has a number of options -- he doesn't expect any more attrition from the roster -- and plans to explore many, from another class of 2016 player to banking it for the 2017 class to a graduate transfer.
The graduate transfer idea intrigues him.
"If you look at our team, a grad transfer would not bother our '17 class which we think has a chance to be really strong and it would also give us immediate impact," Beilein said before Wednesday's postseason banquet at Crisler Center.
