The Wolverine had just one late addition to their 2015 recruiting efforts in basketball, but numbers for the next class area already swelling. On Wednesday afternoon, John Beilein picked up his fourth commitment for the 2016 class, adding Lima, Ohio point guard Xavier Simpson.
The 5-11, 165 pounder is regarded as a four-star prospect by the major recruiting services, landing on the top-100 lists of each.
He joins big men Austin Davis and Jon Teske, as well as shooting guard Ibi Watson as the next wave of talent that will don the Maize and Blue.
