The Crisler Center rafters are about to get more crowded. The Michigan men's basketball program will raise two banners before its regular season opener on Tuesday, Nov. 6.
The 2018 Big Ten Tournament championship banner will go up next to the one raised the year prior, while the Wolverines will also unveil a Final Four banner, U-M announced on Thursday.
Last year, Michigan won four games in four days in New York to capture its second straight league tournament title, then won five more in the NCAA Tournament, reaching the championship game before falling to Villanova.
