After electing to pass on the NBA and return for his junior season, Moritz Wagner makes the All-Big Ten Second Team.

The 2017-18 All-Big Ten teams were announced on Monday evening and Moritz Wagner of Michigan earned All-Big Ten Second Team honors by the coaches and media poll.

Wagner raised his points per game total from the 2016-17 season by 2.3 points to average 14.4 points per game. In Big Ten play alone, the German native scored 13.9 points per game and added 7.1 rebounds per contest.

Outside of Wagner, U-M’s senior forward Duncan Robinson earned the leagues Big Ten Sixth Man of the Year award while senior guard Muhammad-Ali Abdur-Rahkman was an honorable mention.

The Big Ten Player of the Year was given to Ohio State’s Keita Bates-Diop.
