After a Week 1 shellacking of Western Michigan at the Big House, the Michigan Wolverines now welcome in the Washington Huskies in what was supposed to be a big game. Now, it’s a huge game.
It’s huge because if Michigan loses, it loses to a team who just lost at home to an FCS football program. At least that’s what the narrative would be.
This game isn’t important for College Football Playoff purposes by any means. Hell, it isn’t even important for trying to get to Indianapolis in December. But it could be a tone-setter for the rest of the year.
