Don Brown and the Wolverines received a nice gift on Mother’s Day, as 2021 three-star safety Rod Moore committed to the program, he announced on Twitter.
The 5-foot-11, 180-pounder from Clayton, Ohio is the No. 378 overall player and the No. 22 safety in his class, per 247Sports’ composite. He has other offers from Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Pitt, Iowa, Kentucky and others. He is on the fringe of being a composite four-star, and the belief is he will be before the cycle is over.
Moore is high school teammates with another Michigan commit, three-star receiver Markus Allen, who joined the class last month.
