Class of 2021 point guard Hunter Sallis has become the latest name to enter the recruiting picture for the Michigan Wolverines after the elite prospect announced a scholarship offer from the staff on Thursday night.
Sallis is a five-star prospect and the No. 19 overall player in the 2021 class, per the 247Sports Composite. He also comes in ranked as the country’s second-ranked combo guard. 247 lists five schools as “warm” in the Omaha, Nebraska native’s recruiting with those candidates being Gonzaga, Nebraska, Kansas, Louisville and North Carolina.
Sallis — listed at 6-foot-3, 165 pounds — is one of this class’ most explosive offensive prospects with an ability to score from the outside and get creative around the rim.
