While several 2016 Michigan commits did not play this past weekend, the ones that did, played well. The biggest game of the week came between two of the class' top offensive recruits as QB Brandon Peters and ATH Chris Evans faced off in a playoff game that had every recruiting analyst's attention. Besides that match up, most of the commits scored victories.

In a playoff battle, two of Michigan's top offensive recruits went head to head in Indiana to see who's high school career would continue. Though he struggled a bit, Peters was able to do enough to help his Avon Orioles knock off Evans' Ben Davis Giants, 27-22.
