After landing the top 2016 recruit in DT Rashan Gary, the Michigan Wolverines might be able to land the top 2017 recruit as well. LB Dylan Moses is the top recruit for 2017, and he told ESPN Insider that he wants to hear from Michigan.
Michigan will hold a hold portion of its spring practice at IMG Academy, where Moses recently transferred to IMG Academy. Moses is excited about the chance to see Michigan up close.
"That would be cool,” Moses told ESPN. "I’ve never really seen Michigan up close like that before and I’ve never visited the school either. It’s just a great opportunity and you know, hopefully I can get an offer from them, because I don’t have one yet."
Moses committed to LSU as an eight grader and grew up in Baton Rouge. Part of the reason he transferred to IMG Academy was that it would allow him to enroll early at the school he picks. For more on college football recruiting, download the Chat Sports Android and iPhone app.
"It also takes some pressure off of me," Moses said. "When I was in Baton Rouge, everyone was expecting me to go to LSU. Now that I’m out of the state of Louisiana, people are like more skeptical about where I am going to go now."
Moses will make his decision in January at the Under Armour All-American game. For now, he listed Alabama, Texas, Georgia, Florida, UCLA and USC as his top schools. Perhaps an offer from Jim Harbaugh can help get the Wolverines in the mix.
