Along with being Michigan's passing game coordinator, he split play-calling duties with offensive coordinator Tim Drevno and was instrumental in both recruiting and quarterback development. Michigan led the Big Ten in scoring this season and ranked No. 2 in passing offense.
Prior to joining Jim Harbaugh's staff with the Wolverines, Fisch served as offensive coordinator of the Jacksonville Jaguars from 2013-14. He has also worked under Pete Carroll, Mike Shanahan and Steve Spurrier, along with Harbaugh.
