The Michigan Wolverines pushed their record to 7-2 on the season with a dominant win over Minnesota on Saturday, thanks in large part to a dominant rushing attack from Karan Higdon and Chris Evans. At this point, Michigan is dealing with a number of injuries, and we have the latest on all of those ahead of their game against Maryland this weekend. Of course, recruiting also never stops, and we have an update from the recruiting trail as well. Here's everything you need to know about Michigan football:
Four players expected to return Saturday
Four key Michigan players - offensive lineman Michael Onwenu, running back Ty Isaac, wide receiver Grant Perry, and tight end Tyrone Wheatley Jr. - all missed Saturday's win over Minnesota, but head coach Jim Harbaugh expects them to return against the Terps.
"There's a very good chance that all could be back Saturday," Harbaugh said at his Monday press conference. "[They are] questionable."
A final determination on all four players will not be made until later in the week, but the chances of all four playing look good right now.

Latest on Wilton Speight's injury
Quarterback Wilton Speight was expected to miss the rest of the season with three fractured vertebrae in his back, but our James Yoder reported this weekend that Speight would be able to return in the coming weeks.
Harbaugh confirmed that report on Monday, saying that there's a good chance Speight returns before the end of the season.
"Yes there is," Harbaugh said. "There's more second opinions to be had, I know Wilton is really excited about the results of the most recent CAT scan. It's kind of stunned, maybe it'll sound over the top, I think some of the doctors are a bit stunned that it's so far along. He's healing well. Young guys can do that sometimes. Good blood flow throughout their body, noticed it with these guys that are right there. They're young, they're healthy and he's healing fast."
Whether Speight gets his starting job back is another matter entirely. Redshirt freshman Brandon Peters has done well since taking over the starting job while the offense sputtered under Speight before he suffered the injury. As such, Speight is considering transferring.
Speight passed for just 581 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions in just over three games this season.

4-star 2019 safety extremely high on Wolverines
Four-star safety Marvin Grant (Detroit, MI) made another unofficial visit to Michigan this weekend and told 247sports that he remains very high on the Wolverines.
“It was great once again and it gets better each time,” Grant said. “The game was hype and the stadium wasn’t even sold out. I’m very interested and they stand pretty high in my recruitment, but there is not a certain order in my school selections.”
The 6-foot-2, 200-pounder is ranked as the No. 13 safety and No. 222 overall prospect in the 2019 class, according to 247sports' Composite Rankings.
