The Michigan Wolverines will get a visit from one of the top 50 recruits in the nation. Four-star DE Eyabi Anoma plans on visiting Michigan at some point in June.
"I'm going to try to visit Michigan this month," Anoma told 247Sports. "They said just come up there and visit. I just want to get up there and see --how far -- I'm serious about the Burger King. See how far Burger King is from campus and stuff like that."
Anoma's Burger King reference refers to his desire to play at a school with a Burger King near campus (seriously). Michigan is in luck with Burger King locations (there are several in Ann Arbor) and they appear to be in the mix for Anoma because he gets along with the Michigan coaches.
"I like the coaches," Anoma said. "They're very friendly. Me and Coach Harbaugh, I can be more open with him. Be more goofy. I'm a very goofy person. Very up. I just like smiling and stuff. And he's a cool coach, so you know, some coaches react different, but I like his reaction to my personality. I have a good connection with the coaches."
The Baltimore, Maryland recruit is the No. 50 player in the nation and the No. 3 from the state of Maryland. Much can still change, but Alabama is a front-runner for Anoma. He recently visited the Crimson Tide. Still, Michigan will have a chance to lure the talented DE to Ann Arbor.
