Four-star outside linebacker Kalel Mullings (Boston, MA) visited the Michigan Wolverines for the third time this month recently, a visit that he called a "reconfirmation" visit.
“Well all of it was great,” he told TheMichiganInsider.com. “I think it was my third time up there and it was great, every single time up there has been great. This time of year we did a little bit of the campus tour, take some photos things like that. But it was more of a reconfirmation visit and familiarization visit; to familiarize myself with campus and dive into more Michigan than the other visits I’ve been on before. Cause I went to a game and I just went on a regular visit last year.
“It was great, all of it was great."
Mullings has very real interest in Michigan - hence the large number of visits - and has them right at the top of his list.
“It’s definitely up there on my board,” he said. “Personally they were the first school to offer me. I’m always going to keep that in mind.
"[Academics are] definitely high up there, but football has to be important too. So it has to have a mixture of both. I think Michigan obviously has the combination of both. Because I know football does come to an end eventually. So the degree I get has to mean something.”
He is also considering Notre Dame, Ohio State, and Vanderbilt.
