Wolverines Trending For Bryan?
Four-star 2017 Fort Lauderdale (FL) running back Kyshaun Bryan has Michigan on the mind after teammate Nick Eubanks committed to and signed with the program, and he's currently attempting to hash out a potential visit date.
"It's really just about getting a date set up," Bryan said to Wolverine247 on Friday. "I've been talking to Michigan a lot lately and I've been hearing about them a lot from Nick (Eubanks) too. I'm just looking to find the best time and date to visit the school right now." Get the latest Michigan recruiting news inside Chat Sports' Android and iPhone apps!
Eubanks' decision to pick Michigan over Florida and Alabama back in January has held a lot of sway with Bryan, and it could play a determining role in the program's chances to bring him into the fold.
"We're really close," he said. "He's honestly like a brother to me. He's been excited about Michigan since he committed and says it's a place that I'd like and have to see. He's really what got the communication going with myself and the coaches."
Browning Back On The Market
Five-star 2017 Kennedale (TX) linebacker Baron Browning has reopened his recruitment process after being committed to Baylor for seven months, and Michigan has an opportunity to be a major player for the defensive standout.
"Michigan is an offer I was waiting for," Browning told Wolverine247 after Michigan extended in December. "Coach Mattison actually told me they'd considered me an offered prospect for almost a year, and I didn't even realize it. The fact that my brother played for and has experience with Coach Harbaugh is great too and something that makes them more familiar automatically."
Michigan joins the aforementioned Baylor, TCU, Texas and Alabama as early contenders for Browning's signature. More Michigan Football recruiting news and rumors inside Chat Sports!
Tiufua Impressed By Michigan's Recruiting
Four-star Bingham (UT) defensive tackle Jay Tufele has four teams currently on his radar right now with 12 months to go in his recruitment process: Utah, USC, Ole Miss, and Michigan.
While Tufele may have more connections to the other aforementioned schools, the revamped Michigan program is piquing Tufele's interest.
"I really like the new coaches at Michigan and how well they are recruiting," Tufele said, via 247Sports. I've talked to Harbaugh and he seems pretty nice. I love the tradition at Michigan too."
Tufele is currently ranked as the #3 defensive tackle in the Class of 2017 by 247Sports' Composite Rankings system.
